Zenmed+ Donates Results of Health Innovations
The year 2018 has been a challenging one for the resilience of the Indonesian nation, marked by numerous natural disasters affecting the country. Not yet forgotten is the devastating earthquake in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB); Indonesia was then struck by another calamity, the earthquake and tsunami in Palu and Donggala, Central Sulawesi. As of Tuesday (October 9), the number of fatalities has reached 2,002. Thousands have been injured, and tens of thousands have lost their homes, forcing them into emergency shelters. This number may still increase as the impact assessment is ongoing at the time this statement was released.
This series of natural disasters tests the solidarity and brotherhood of all Indonesians. As a manifestation of our social concern, Zenith Allmart Precisindo is participating by donating bone implant products to the disaster victims in Lombok, Palu, and Donggala. Zenmed+, as the first product resulting from national innovation supported by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education and the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology, is hoped to alleviate the burden of disaster victims who have suffered bone fractures due to these disasters.
