FAQ
Make sure the battery is still available (the LED light will turn on if there is battery). Ensure that the mannequin is not connected to another device (the LED light will blink green if connected to a device). If the mannequin still cannot connect, please contact us for further information.
Please check the lung bag inside the CPR mannequin. If a leak is found in the lung bag, please replace it.
First, remove the silicone skin of the mannequin by unlocking or unfastening the lock at the part shown in the following image:
- After the silicone skin is removed, the inside of the mannequin will be visible, mostly consisting of memory foam. To access the battery, you need to remove the foam from the mannequin's body.
- Make sure the simulator is turned off when replacing the battery.

Open the body's lock

Prepare the lung bag (insert the hose up to the specified limit, then fold it according to the instructions in the image).
Insert the lung bag through the simulator's mouth, and lift the simulator's chin to make the process easier
Attach the double-taped lung bag to the mouth, then secure the lung bag to the sides of the head.
Reattach the head and body skin.
